We had a very disappointing experience at The Hive Sports Bar on 8/29/25. Our party of 5 was put on the waitlist around 6:15 pm, and the hostess told us the wait would be about 20 minutes. She took our phone number and said she would call, but we never received any update. We were willing to even wait an hour, but two hours is unacceptable. We checked back several times, including again at 8:30 pm, and still had no table. After more than two hours of waiting with no communication, we had to leave. In the meantime, we went next door to Pep's Pizza just to get a small meal for my young nephew, who was hungry and eventually ready for bed before we were ever seated. The lack of accurate wait time and follow-up from the hostess was very frustrating. We never did get a table, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to eating here.
